Elaine Cristina Licio

Elaine Cristina Licio works as Special Advisor at the Ministry of Institutional Relations of the Federative Republic of Brazil. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Policy from the University of Brasília. She is one of the editors of the book "And the States? Federalism, intergovernmental relations, and public policies in contemporary Brazil," edited by IPEA and published in June 2023.
