Fernando Luiz Abrucio is Professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of São Paulo. He served as a visiting researcher at Massachusetts Institute of Technology MIT (2019-2020) and is a political columnist for Valor Econômico (Brazilian newspaper).
