About

Leah Simmons Wood grew up between Kenya and Italy, and later did a History BA and an MSc in Migration and Mobility Studies at the University of Bristol. She is interested in decolonisation movements, African literature, migration politics and policy in Europe and East Africa, climate change, land rights and gender - and the intersections between them.
