Sabine is a post-doc researcher at the Competence Center of Social Work and Social Politics and lecturer at the Free University of Bolzano. Additional she holds a Master's degree in systemic counseling and is an author of publications and presentations at conferences at an international and national level. Her research interests are participatory research, gender and refugee studies and youth welfare. She founded the association "Die Spinnerei“ - a nonprofit organization adressing gender and transcultural issues.
