Valentino Grbavac is a PhD Candidate in Politics at the University of Edinburgh. His research focuses on power-sharing, federalism, and institutional design in deeply divided societies. He earned an MA in Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies at the School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University.
