Victoria Vlasenko, PhD, was born in Kyiv. Graduated from the Institute of Journalism of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, she has been working in the field of international journalism for more than twenty years, collaborating with number of Ukrainian media outlets. From 2011 to 2015, she was a special correspondent of the Ukrainian daily newspaper Uriadovyi Kurier at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. Now Victoria lives and works in Brussels.
Eurac Research is a private research center based in Bolzano (South Tyrol) with researchers from a wide variety of scientific fields who come from all over the globe. Together, through scientific knowledge and research, they share the goal of shaping the future.
