The Training School brings together young researchers and innovators to spark discussions on the mechanisms and actors of formal and informal intergovernmental relations. Theoretical reflections will be combined with a series of case studies to demonstrate how IGR plays out in practice in countries with varying levels of decentralization, in territories with special autonomy arrangements, and in border regions.
