Over the past few years, the digital transformation of the public sector has steadily gained importance. To also be able to offer high quality services in the future, each level of public administrations needs a digitization strategy. Eurac Research analyses good practices of digital administrations around the globe to derive recommendations for local realities. In addition, our research aims to establish decision making processes based on data and analyses derived from public administrations under the headline of “Government Analytics” to also guarantee high-quality services for citizens in the future.
