Loan

In principle, all items in the ECO Library can be borrowed by any user with a library card. The general public may not borrow items from the Library. They can, however, be consulted in the reading room.

    • Maximum number of items that can be borrowed at one time: 10

    • Loan period: 30 days (for all items)

    • Extension of the loan period: Must be made before the expiration date of the loan period. It is possible to extend a loan twice (by telephone, internet or in person) if the item has not already been reserved by another user

    • User accounts: All users can consult their account via the internet through the catalogue PRIMO to manage their loans and extend their loan periods. Access to the account made by using the personal library number (on the library card) and the password (your date of birth in the form DD/MM/YYYY). IMPORTANT: select the option "Other" when logging in.

    • Overdue fines: if an item is returned late, overdue fines will be applied to your account (see current Fees Rates)
