Set-up and adaptation of new protocols, laboratory safety

RT-PCR and qPCR, ddPCR,

NGS library preparations (miRNA, WES, 16S amplicon, Covid-19 variants sequencing), NGS library runs on the Illumina MiSeq platform

Cell culture techniques (Hybridoma cell lines, primary culture of skeletal and cardiac muscle, immortal cell lines such as HEK293 and Hela, IPSc), in vitro transient transfection, RNA interference, immunofluorescence microscopy, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization

Molecular cloning, cDNA library construction,

biochemical and enzymatical protein analysis, Western Blot, Northern Blot, Southern blot, Sanger sequencing, DNA footprinting, epitope mapping, EMSA, ChIP, calcium signaling by bioenergetic assessment of cells (aequorin measurements and confocal microscopy), drug library screening, TMRE (mitochondrial membrane potential measurements).
