Marco Bailo works at the Institute for Renewable Energy as administrative and financial manager of EU funded projects. He manages projects funded by the following financing programmes:

- Horizon 2020

- ERDF

His tasks include the control and management of the budget in coordinated and non coordinated projects, the monitoring of expenditure and of the expected outcomes at consortium level, preparation of administrative documents, management of the reporting towards the financing institutions, financial reporting and support in internal and external audit.
