International CAF Trainers' Event

A Shared Journey Towards Public Sector Excellence

The institute of Public Management had the pleasure of being part of the International CAF Trainers’ Event held on 20 and 21 November 2024 at EIPA (European Institute for Public Administration) and co-funded by the European Union. This educational and networking event addressed the needs of CAF users through practical sessions and soft skills training. A range of topics were covered, including key CAF phases, facilitation techniques, real-life case studies, and the External Feedback Procedure 2024. Additionally, the sessions explored problem-solving methods, conflict management, and the foundational principles of CAF, while interactive activities emphasized collaboration and inclusivity.

The participants were guided by esteemed trainers and CAF-experts: Tihana Puzić (Deputy Head of the European CAF Resource Centre), Philip Parzer (Head of the CAF Centre at the Austrian KDZ), Nick Thijs (Senior Advisor at SIGMA), and Italo Benedini (Italian CAF Expert). We are grateful to have participated in this enlightening event and extend our heartfelt thanks to all partners and trainers. We look forward to further enhancing the CAF network and continuing together the journey towards public sector excellence!
