PSC - Selva di Val Gardena

Municipal Development Programme for Space and Landscape GProRL for the Municipality of Wolkenstein in Val Gardena

The Community Development Program (GProRL) is the planning instrument being prepared by the Municipality of Selva Val Gardena (Bz) to promote a sustainable and coordinated development of its territory. It not only represents an innovation compared to traditional planning tools, but also focuses on the participation of all territorial subjects involved in local planning. It is indeed required that citizens take part in the process as well as administrators, technicians and experts. The Institute for Regional Development of Eurac Research accompanies and supports the municipal administration in the planning and implementation of the participatory process requested by the GProRL. Together with the local community, common goals and strategies for a sustainable future of Wolkenstein/Selva di Val Gardena are defined, based on the actual needs of the citizens and the characteristics and opportunities of the area.
