Roberto Monsorno received his MSc in electronic engineering at the University of Padua and has a long experience in designing and developing architectures of research data infrastructures and in integrating IT systems, networks security and SW design and development.   

Since 2016 he has designed the Sensor System and Technologies laboratory in coordination with the Free University of Bolzano at the NOI technology park of Bolzano, acquiring the necessary funds mainly through the European funding programme ERDF. He has also participated in the preparation of several projects and currently he is the head of the Centre for Sensing Solution at Eurac Research.
