HURRICANE sbloccherà il potenziale dell'operazione UGV in ambienti pericolosi, facendo affidamento su capacità visive avanzate e integrazione intelligente attraverso un'infrastruttura di consapevolezza situazionale olistica, resiliente e in tempo reale. Questa infrastruttura include percorsi innovativi di cooperazione UAV-UGV e una comunicazione multi-tecnologica. I modelli di ottimizzazione basati sui dati forniranno raccomandazioni tramite un'API user-friendly per supportare le tattiche dei soccorritori. Saranno implementati tre progetti pilota complementari per dimostrare i benefici delle soluzioni HURRICANE. Infine, saranno introdotti moduli di formazione a livello dell'UE per aumentare la consapevolezza tra i soccorritori riguardo a queste tecnologie innovative, integrando nuove procedure operative
