Task 2.3, led by Eurac Research and its Global Mountain Safeguard Research (GLOMOS) team, launched with an intensive two-day kickoff workshop held at Eurac Research’s Bolzano premises.
The workshop gathered project partners to examine disaster risk reduction (DRR) measures, discussing how to define the characteristics of effective DRR strategies and to address the uncertainties that impact assessment and implementation. This collaborative effort brought valuable insights and set a solid foundation for the next steps in Work Package 2.
Eurac Research extends its gratitude to all partners for their contributions to a highly productive session. With shared knowledge and expertise, the RETURN project moves forward in its mission to enhance resilience and safety in disaster-prone areas.
Stay tuned for more updates as Work Package 2 progresses!
