On June 21 from 9 to 13, there will be in Eurac Research the final meeting of the project ACR-WATER financed by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano.

The project aimed to use data from CRNS probes (cosmic ray neutron sensor) to estimate parameters such as soil moisture and water equivalent of snow and to assimilate these data together with satellite data into hydrological models.

Our contribution was the development of high-resolution maps of snow cover fraction and soil moisture to be assimilated together to the CNRS data into the hydrological model.
