European charter for regional or minority languages in the ratification stalemate

19-21 June 2024, Strasbourg

    Post-Doctoral Researcher Mattia Zeba will attend the Committee of Experts of the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages in Strasbourg this Thursday to discuss the ratification stalemate of the charter. Zeba will present the Italian case, focusing on the process of ratification by Italy, with a specific emphasis on the unresolved issues stemming from the adoption of Law 482/1999. This meeting will provide a platform for exchanging views and insights on advancing the ratification process in Italy.
