    He will be the discussant for the panel Losing Territorial Autonomy in an Intractable Conflict: A Case Study of Jammu and Kashmir held by Serena Hussain & Uroosa Mushtaq, and will present the panel Challenges, opportunities, and contradictions of territorial autonomy in South Tyrol.
