How to efficiently manage the redevelopment of housing parks

Presentation of the CERPlan platform for facilitating the energy requalification and management of real estate assets.

    • Date: 04.12.2024, 9 - 12.30
    • Place: NOI Techpark | Seminar Room 3– Via Alessandro Volta 13 A 39100 - Bolzano/Bozen – Italy
    • Typology: Workshop

In Italy, residential and non-residential public buildings represent important assets, but require high costs for energy supply and maintenance. This is especially true for large building stock.

Managing a large number of buildings from an energy point of view presents many difficulties: available information is fragmented and complex to link to the different characteristics of buildings and their energy consumption.

In order to understand how to manage an effective renovation and reduce the energy consumption of these structures, energy efficiency experts at Eurac Research have developed the CERPlan (Cost Effective Renovation Plan) platform, which simulates renovation scenarios for the building stock, identifying the most suitable and cost-effective solutions.

With CERPlan, building stock managers can understand where to intervene with renovation in a clear and cost-effective way.
