Interview with CAI K2-70 expedition climbers

Seventy years after its conquest, eight female mountaineers will attempt to climb K2. The Italian Alpine Club initiative involves the Eurac Research Institute for Mountain Emergency Medicine as a scientific partner. The athletes underwent a series of preliminary tests at terraXcube, our extreme environment simulator, where they will also return once their adventure is over. Objective: to study female physiology at high altitude. The four Italian female mountaineers who will participate in the expedition,talk to us to the world of extreme mountaineering.
