Dieses Forschungsprojekt beschäftigt sich basierend auf der Forschung zu alten und neuen Minderheiten mit dem Konzept der ´integrierten Gesellschaft" und zielt darauf, neue und bestehende politische und normative Rahmenbedingungen zu erforschen, um Einheit und Vielfalt auf der Grundlage von Menschen- und Minderheitenrechten auszugleichen. Im Kontext von Diversity Governance und integrierten Gesellschaften konzentriert sich unsere Forschung auf drei verschiedene Aspekte: Erstens bauen wir auf dem vorhandenen Wissen über die Synergien zwischen alten und neuen Minderheiten, insbesondere in autonomen Gebieten, die von historischen Gruppen bewohnt werden, auf, indem wir sowohl die theoretischen als auch insbesondere die empirischen Synergien zwischen alten und neuen Minderheitengruppen und gemeinsame Ansätze zur Steuerung der Vielfalt betrachten. Zweitens analysieren wir Maßnahmen zur Stärkung des Zusammenlebens und der Toleranz: Unser Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Prüfung von Fällen und Entscheidungen supranationaler gerichtlicher und außergerichtlicher Stellen, wobei die proaktive Rolle aller beteiligten Akteure, insbesondere nationaler und internationaler Richter, Behörden, Arbeitgeber, Schulbehörden, Einzelpersonen, als Vermittler und Promotoren einer integrierten Gesellschaft hervorgehoben wird. Drittens beschäftigen wir uns mit einer kritischen Analyse der gemeinsamen Werte (Art. 2 EUV), ihrer Relevanz und ihrer Vermittlung für eine integrierte Gesellschaft unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Perspektiven, Bedürfnisse, Interessen und Akteure. Viertens untersuchen wir, wie die potenziellen negativen Auswirkungen von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) und modellen des Maschinellen Lernens (ML) auf minderheiten gemildert werden können.
