1st Workshop of the Alliance of Research and Teaching for Sustainability in South Tyrol
On 21.11.2023, Eurac Research hosted the first Workshop of the Alliance of Research and Teaching for Sustainability in South Tyrol.
The overall aim of this workshop was to provide an overview about which research areas are currently covered by the members of the alliance, and in which areas further research is needed in order to contribute to the implementation of the Klimaplan Südtirol 2040 and to other SDGs.
This alliance aims at exploiting existing synergy potentials and creating a permanent framework for exchange of ideas and proposal amongst research centers. The Sustainability Research and Teaching Alliance aims to link common know-how, stimulate discussion on SDG issues, provide recommendations for action and options for individuals, companies and policy makers, and engage proactively in the debate on sustainability in South Tyrol.
