New blog ‘Ask a linguist’! All you have always wanted to know about linguistics …

Have you ever wondered how to use gender neutral language in Italian? Do you know what a linguistic ethnographer does? Are you wondering how to link linguistics with games?

    You will find all the answers to these questions and many more in the new blog of the Institute for Applied Linguistics. Today we release Ask a linguist!

    The aim of the blog is to promote scientific knowledge on language-related issues to the general public in an informal format. Each post will contain a Question and an Answer to a topic related to language and linguistics issues. Readers may also pose their own questions writing to: linguistics@eurac.edu. Linguists will do their best to answer according to their fields of knowledge!
