Sustainable energy data for the Alpine Region
Designed to showcase the energy landscape of the Alpine region and advance the energy transition, this innovative platform promises to move forward the way stakeholders engage with energy data. The project team collected energy data for the Alpine Region from 2018 to 2021 and made all these data available to the public and local authorities on an online platform. The platform can offer a concrete support to local authorities to compare energy flows over time or with other Alpine regions, facilitating the evaluation and adaptation of energy policies to meet climate protection targets.
How it works
On the CERVINO Platform, users can select their region of interest within the Alpine region. Various indicators such as final energy consumption or electricity production can be selected. Results are displayed both on the map and in detailed graphs, allowing for comprehensive analysis. Data can be downloaded for further analysis or reference. A comprehensive dashboard provides graphical representations of key indicators. Users can compare regions side-by-side to help formulate sustainable energy policies. Custom dashboards can be created, to address specific issues or regions.
